DSL Moving opened in 2015 on a single idea: the number on the quote should be the number on the invoice, full stop. The yard sits at 2436 Spring Grove Ave in Camp Washington.
The owner
Daniel Scott Lang — the D.S.L. in the name — grew up in Norwood, where his grandfather ran a hauling outfit out of Camp Washington. Daniel spent eight years managing routes for a regional mover before starting his own in 2015 on a flat‑rate price lock.

Twelve people, five trucks. See what they’ve delivered on the reviews page.
What Happens Between Your Call And Move Day
Trent Oberholtzer walks the home first — in person if you’re local, over video if you’re not — and hands you a written figure the same day. A $95 deposit is what actually locks your date on the board; skip that step and the slot can go to the next family who calls. Aaron Beckjord rings you the afternoon before with the loading window, so nobody’s guessing at 7am. On the day itself, the crew works from the number already on your quote (nothing gets renegotiated curbside), and everything gets checked off an inventory sheet before the truck pulls away from the curb.
What we won’t do
We don’t hand your job to another carrier and we don’t change the number after loading starts. Our Ohio HHG license and US DOT/MC authority are both on file, backed by $1M in cargo coverage on every truck. See what we actually run or call (888) 278-9005.
Still Deciding?
Most people land here after reading a few too many mover horror stories online — fair. Go see what our actual customers said on the reviews page, confirm we cover your street on the coverage map, or skip straight to a written number if you’re already sold. The DSL Moving homepage has the short version if you want to start over.
