Your ZIPs go straight to Melissa’s desk at the Camp Washington office, reviewed by a person, never a broker, used only to price your Cincinnati local move.

Every DSL Moving price‑lock quote runs on the terms below. They’re short on purpose. For anything missing, phone (888) 278-9005; Daniel takes those calls himself before a crew gets booked.

The written figure

The figure Daniel signs is the figure you pay. It includes crew, truck, fuel, mileage, supplied materials, cargo coverage and worker comp. It moves only on your signed go‑ahead at the walk‑through, for more inventory than Trent saw or access materially different from what you disclosed.

Deposit and payment

Cancellation

Cancel within 72 hours of booking: full deposit refund. Past that window, 7 or more days out: the deposit carries over to any date in the next 90 days. Under 24 hours out: the deposit is kept, since truck and crew are already set. Reschedules requested in writing through the contact page.

Access & your obligations

  • Reserve the elevator in advance for apartment moves
  • Clear gate or HOA codes ahead of the crew’s arrival
  • Truck parking at origin and destination (we’ll advise)
  • Active utilities at destination (lights, water, HVAC)
  • Disclose access changes (stairs, long carries) before signing

What we don’t move

Never loaded: ammunition, propane, paint thinner and other hazmat; perishables without dry ice; cash and jewelry (you’ll carry those); live plants on interstate runs (USDA rules); pets. Anything like that in your inventory gets flagged at the walk‑through.

Cash, jewelry, irreplaceable documents: they ride in your bag, not our truck. No exceptions.

Cargo claims

Every job includes free released‑value coverage, set by federal rule at 60¢/lb per item. High‑value households should upgrade to full‑value protection. Written damage claims go to Daniel within 9 months of delivery; under US‑DOT timelines we acknowledge within 30 days and resolve within 120.

Liability cap

At most, we owe your shipment’s declared value plus the cost of the move. Indirect, consequential or punitive damages are not covered. Ohio law governs; venue is Hamilton County.
