Melissa picks up the same day; Trent calls back within the hour. Open Monday through Saturday.

Your ZIPs go straight to Melissa’s desk at the Camp Washington office, reviewed by a person, never a broker, used only to price your Cincinnati local move.

What Sets Us Apart

Why Households Stick With DSL Moving

Licensing Closed Before Move Day

Fully licensed OH household-goods mover, DOT and MC authority filed for interstate work, full-value cargo protection on every move. Whether it’s a hillside walk-up in Mt. Adams or a long haul north on I-71, the paperwork is closed before Curtis’s crew ever backs the truck up to the curb.

No Hidden Fees, Ever (In Writing)

The total never picks up a fuel surcharge, a stair charge, a weekend bump or a card-processing fee: the quote and the receipt carry the same number. Stair rails get wrapped in moving blankets and felt pads go under anything set down mid-move, and neither ever shows up as an extra line later.

Owner-Walked Estimates, One Local Intake Line

Call on a weekday and Daniel Scott Lang walks the estimate himself; call on a packed weekend and Melissa Ferring handles intake from the Camp Washington desk. Every mover who shows up at your door is W-2, background-checked, and trained inside that same yard, never leased, never temp, never sourced same-day off an app.

One Written Price, No Curbside Surprises

The figure Trent sends over from the estimate desk is the same figure on your final invoice, never an hourly clock that quietly runs into the evening, never a fuel line added at the curb, never a heavy-item charge the office forgot to mention up front.

One Call, A Signed Flat Number, Daniel’s Own Countersign

Trent checks the job against the Camp Washington schedule, writes the binding figure on letterhead, and Daniel signs off before it lands back in your inbox, usually within the hour. No hidden fees, ever, and no chase calls if you decide to book elsewhere.
