What we collect

Who sees it
Inside DSL Moving only: Daniel Scott Lang, Melissa Ferring, Trent Oberholtzer, Aaron Beckjord, Curtis Voss and Brody Kalscheur. Cards run through a PCI-compliant processor; we never store the numbers. Third‑party marketers get nothing from us: no sales, no rentals, no sharing.
- Internal: office and crew, on need‑to‑know basis
- Payment processor: for card transactions only
- State or federal authority: only if legally compelled
- Never: data brokers, lead resellers, marketing lists
How long we keep it
Unbooked quote requests: deleted after 12 months. Customer files: held while you work with us and 7 years past your last move, per normal Ohio retention. Storage files: held while your unit sits on the yard, then 7 more years.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, though completed jobs stay under the 7‑year retention rule. Call (888) 278-9005 or email through the contact page. We answer inside 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
One analytics cookie counts visits per page and bounce rate, nothing more. No ad pixels, no retargeting. Pages still load normally if your browser blocks it.
